Do I have to reserve in advance?
No, a reservation is not necessary. Our airport shuttle runs 16 times a day. You can find the departure times under schedule
Why do i have to pay an express surcharge?
Since our bus connection is operated independently and we do not receive any subsidies, a surcharge is levied in addition to the VBB tariff.
Where can I buy the tickets?
All tickets are available on our AirportShuttle buses.
Can I pay with EC or credit card?
Yes, on our buses you can easily buy your ticket with a Girocard (EC card), VISA, MasterCard, MAESTRO, VPAY or cash (€ - Euro).
BahnCard?
BahnCard customers (25 and 50) are excluded from discounts for the Berlin BC fare zone.
Can I use the Berlin BC ticket I bought on the bus to continue my journey on other buses and trains in Potsdam or Berlin?
Yes, you can use your Berlin BC ticket to continue your journey on VBB transport. Please note the remaining period of validity and the tariff limits.
I already have a D-TICKET (Deutschland-Ticket) or a VBB season ticket. Does this reduce the fare?
Yes, if you have a D-TICKET (Deutschland-Ticket) or a period ticket (weekly, monthly or annual ticket) in the Berlin BC, Berlin ABC or VBB entire network tariff zone, you only pay the surcharge from €5.00 . For more information, see Fare .
